Kate believes everyone deserves to feel amazing in (and about) their body. She began taking Pilates to find relief from a chronic injury and was amazed by the physical changes in her own body, and the reduction of pain.

Kate undertook her training whilst living in the U.S. and developed a clientele ranging from professional athletes, actors and even clients in their 90’s! She furthered her education throughout the U.S. with leaders in the field.

Her classes are fun and challenging with a focus on precision, results and feeling the burn. Kate loves to welcome all levels to her classes.

Ela fell in love with Pilates at the age of 15 when recovering from a serious back injury as a young ballet dancer. Pilates was her savior, helping return her to full function as a dancer. After completing her Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts in dance at WAAPA, she then completed her full Pilates studio training with Larissa Kelloway at Spring Pilates in 2009.

Alongside her career as a professional freelance dancer, Ela ran her own Pilates Studio in the Blue Mountains for 12 years. She was a finalist in the Blue Mountains Business awards in 2018 in the “Outstanding Young Entrepreneur” section.

Ela has worked closely alongside a physiotherapist for most of her Pilates career, giving her a deeper understanding of the body and the use of Pilates in injury rehabilitation. Now Sydney based, Ela is passionate about creating ease of movement, mobility, functional movement and of course using her classes to tone and sculpt the body.
